Al-Mahara Real Estate (AMRE) Asset Management team provides Leasing Management and Disposal Management services to clients including financial institutions, receivers and individual owners holding property portfolio for investment or for disposal. We constantly review client's portfolio and make recommendations to preserve and enhance their assets e.g. by way of restructuring, refurbishment and/or redevelopment. The core of our service delivery is our ability to act solely for the vendor, and project managing third party agents.
We now regularly manage over 3.5 million square feet of owned and leased properties, covering residential, office and retail premises. In 2005, the team has leased more than 500,000 sq ft . We also handle a large number of new lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals and lease termination.
On the disposal side, to date, we have disposed over 200 surplus / distressed . At any given time, we have some 300 properties under active management awaiting disposal.
